Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
  • Office management support that covers day-to-day general administrative work;

  • Office maintenance support coordination (electrical, photostat machine, telephone, internet, furniture and door access, first aid box, pest control);

  • Coordinate and be the focal point of contact to head office and sales gallery;

  • Coordinate and be the focal point of contact to contractor or service provider on any repair work, renovation or other installation work;

  • Work arrangement and work monitoring on cleaning services in the office;

  • Collect letters and parcel from mail-room/mailbox.

Sales Administration
  • Manage the overall sales administrations and credit control functions such as loan application, SPA signing and stamping, issue letters and reminders as well as other loan documents in accordance with terms and conditions of the SPA in order to achieve timely billings and collections;

  • Monitor and track sales processes to ensure that sales are closed;

  • Respond to all sales enquiries, after sales service issues, and complaints from owners / tenants;

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to the Management;

  • Liaison with purchasers / financiers / solicitors as well as other departments;

  • Handling of sub sales matters;

  • Assist in project launches and other related events when required;

  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents.

Sales Gallery
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service;

  • Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions;

  • To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;

  • Responsible to assist Marketing agent in processing sales transaction;

  • Responsible to prepare report in regards of prospects and sales;

  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent;

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;

  • Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage;

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experiences in the relevant field is required for this position;

  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word;

  • Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-pace environment;

  • Must be positive character and good team player;

  • Willing to work at Dutamas / Shah Alam;

  • Must be willing to work on weekends / public holiday if required;

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
